What is High Speed Dialup?

ISP.COM High Speed dial-up uses web acceleration software to accelerate the delivery of HTML, Javascript, JPEG, GIFS, BMPS, Text and Email to the clients computer. This is done by server side compression and advanced cacheing of websites. The User must run a client side software piece that runs in the background on the Users machine. Typical speed increases have been seen to reach up to 6x on certain websites. This solution provides High Speed dial-up through your existing phone line and modem without the high cost of Broadband and / or area restrictions.
